Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: We have several catalogs and online items for you to view. These catalogs show the many items availalbe and ready for printing and embroidery.

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: We have a 12 item minimum with additional price breaks at 36, 72, 144, and up for screen printing. The minimum order for embroidery is six. For dye-sublimation 1 but prefer 3 pieces.

Q: Will you do less than the minimum?
A: Yes, but due to the costs of setting up a machine, small numbers cost more. Let us know what we can do for you, and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Most shoppers start by comparing price. No two jobs are quite alike. We can tell you that Promo Planet offers the highest quality service at a competitive price. All designs are quoted based upon estimated stitch count or ink colors per location and quantity. We always offer a firm quotation of price in advance. Ask for a price based on your specifics.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can directly from our website or email the order with your graphics and order specifics. We will send you an confirmation invoice for payment and credit card authorization to fill out and send back.  Once that is received back we will start your project.

Q: Do you have any stock designs available?
A:Yes. Besides having the ability to custom create any design you wish, we can offer a large selection of clip art designs and assorted lettering typestyles from which you can choose from our free online designer.

Q: Do you have different typestyles available?
A: Yes. We have over 100 fonts: Block styles, Script styles, Old English, Greek letters, you name it - We have it.  You can do this directly from our free online designer.

Q: What colors do I have to choose from?
A: We offer a huge variety of ink and thread shades.

Q: Can you create artwork for me?
A: Yes! We have an art department. Just email your ideas to us and we will get going on a design for you or you can design it online with our free online design tool.

Q: I have a logo. What disk formats can Promo Planet work with?
A: We prefer to work with Vector formats of .AI, .PDF and .EPS. with all object turned to curves and outlines. Our computers can read all the major bitmap formats, such as .BMP, .TIFF, .PICT , .JPG, and .GIF. but will have to be recreated depending on the decoration method used.

Q: Do you offer RUSH Service?
A: Yes. We offer rush service on most items.  Please call within first to confirm availability.

Q: What other decoration method are available?
A: Screen printing, dye-sublimation, thermo-film, waterbase with discharge, embroidery, foil, crystals, rhinestones, plastisol with softhand, digital direct to garment, tackel twill, Metallics, simulated process, spot process, gels, high density, puff, and many more!

Q: Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
A: Yes. The more items you do the better price breaks we will be able to give.  For very large orders please inquire within for pricing.  We also work with non-profit organizations and develop programs for such orginizations.

Q: How do I know what my item will look like?
A: All orders/jobs will be approved by you before any work is started.
